I can not thank Laura enough, she was absolutely phenomenal. I am not a girly mum but my daughter is so girly and Laura really gave Jasmin the confidence and help she needed.
Laura was so attentive, helpful, understanding and caring. She gave my daughter the confidence to express her true feelings in the dresses and understood Jasmin's needs. Laura could read Jasmin's thoughts from the moment she put the right dress on to understanding Jasmin's doubts with dresses she wasn't comfortable with.
You are very lucky to have such an amazing member of staff who stand by and supports your family business. A beautiful lady inside and out.

My daughter and I visited Sonique today to look for her prom dress. It was such a positive experience from walking through the door, right up until we left. We were greeted on arrival, and had a little browse while we waited for our 'personal shopper.' We had two lovely members of staff who shared in our excitement and helped to choose dresses to try on.

We were sent to sit in a waiting area whilst my daughter's rail full of dresses were checked against her school to ensure noone else had already purchased that style of dress.

We were then called through to the changing area which was a whole vibe!

My daughter had her own personal assistant called Kayleigh, who went above and beyond for her. My daughter has broken fingers at the moment and needed extra help with getting into and out of dresses. Kayleigh was more than happy to help.

My daughter did end up saying 'Yes to the dress' at Sonique, thanks to the lovely members of staff! Again, another thanks to Kayleigh, who also didn't mind checking and rechecking to make sure no-one else from my daughter's school had purchased that dress.

It was a fantastic experience and we both cannot wait to come back for the final fitting! 🩷

Sophie made the whole experience of choosing my daughter’s prom dress amazing.
